Processing time

Every Saltgrass Co. candle is made fresh to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be hand-poured, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Use this to follow your order's progress via the carrier's website, or visit our Track Order page.

Customs and import duties
